Help a loved one

Everyone knows someone who could use a helping hand.

A parent tightening their belt. A friend who won't ask for help. A neighbour pretending everything is fine.

At JA Mortgages, we believe the true strength of a community is looking out for one another. That's why we created Help a Loved One — a program where you can nominate someone you care about to receive real financial help.

How it works:

1. Fill out the form below with your contact information and your loved one's. Tell us their story and describe the financial help that could change their situation.

2. If the application is selected, our team will contact you first to better understand the situation.

3. Together, we organize the surprise. We reach out to your loved one — sometimes even with you on the line — and capture that unique moment on video.

Throughout the year, these stories will be shared on our social media to inspire more acts of solidarity.

Sometimes, all it takes is someone raising their hand for someone else.

Your submission remains confidential — your loved one will never be contacted without speaking to you first. If their application is selected, we'll plan the surprise together.
