Real estate has always fascinated me. Not just for the numbers, but for what it makes possible: building wealth, improving quality of life, dreaming bigger. After becoming a CPA at KPMG in 2007, I launched Recto Développement in 2009. Since then, I have completed flips, developments, and residential and commercial real estate projects, while
structuring real estate financing ranging from $500,000 to $26 million. A CPA by training, with a solid understanding of financial models and tax structures, I am above all a hands-on real estate entrepreneur. Today, I put this experience to work for those who want to invest, buy, or refinance strategically. I don't sell rates: I build aligned financing plans!
